Fratelli’s Signature Pizzas
Unless otherwise requested, all pizzas come with our marinara sauce and whole-milk mozzarella cheese on a hand-tossed, Italian-style crust.  Each pizza is approximately 12” and serves 1 or 2 people.

Margherita – $7.00
The basic cheese pizza with optional garlic slices and fresh basil leaves.

Veggie - $9.00
We’ll help you get your “5 a day”!  Choose up to 5 of the following veggies for a colorful, delicious pizza.
(Arugula, bell peppers, black olives, fresh mushrooms, fresh spinach leaves, fresh tomatoes, onions, zucchini, artichoke hearts, grilled eggplant, fresh basil, garlic slices)

Capricciosa - $9.00
With a name that means “capricious,” this pizza could have just about anything and everything on it.  Our version features black olives, artichoke hearts, fresh sliced mushrooms and prosciutto (Italian cured ham), a combination we have seen at several restaurants in Italy.

Carbonara - $9.00
If you like spaghetti carbonara, you will enjoy this combination of pancetta (Italian bacon), diced onion, and 1 or 2 eggs over-easy in the center.

The Three Little Pigs - $10.00
For the wolf in all of us, we offer a pizza topped with garlic slices and three pork toppings:  American pepperoni, prosciutto (Italian cured ham) and pancetta (Italian bacon).

Gorgonspeck - $11.00
This Italian specialty blends the strong flavor of Gorgonzola cheese with the salty taste of speck, an Italian ham that is both cured and smoked.  This is a treat for your taste buds!

One of our side salad bowls filled with a combination of fresh mozzarella, sliced olives, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil.  Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Nutella® Dessert Pizza - $5.00
Nutella® chocolate hazelnut spread and a powdered sugar top Fratelli’s 12” pizza crust

Add fresh sliced strawberries - $1.50

Cinnamon Apple Dessert Pizza - $5.00
Brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and thinly sliced apples are baked onto Fratelli’s 12” pizza crust and then dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Add vanilla gelato - $2.50

Gelato (Italian Ice Cream)
The gelato and sorbetto we sell are made with fresh ingredients (not flavor bases) and have no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.  We regularly offer 8 flavors of gelato and 2 flavors of sorbetto.  Our flavors change frequently, so check with your server to see what is on the menu for today!
